Comparison between effect of reflexology and Maitland mobilization in treatment of frozen shoulder of diabetic patients type II

Diabetes metabolic disorders can lead to changes in connective tissue and adhesive capsulitis (AC) is one of the most common complications that occour with diabetes where it defined as pain restriction glenohumeral joint capsule causes limitation ROM shoulder. Physiotherapy has many modalities proved their role improving symptoms AC so this study was aiming Know which more effective symptoms: (flexion, abduction, external rotation, internal rotation) Shoulder , Reflexology, or Maitland mobilization treatment type II diabetic patients.Thirty patients from both genders age ranged 50-60 years were recruited for study. They divided randomly into two groups equal number (Group A – mobilization) B Reflexology).
